As tickets provide admission to a specific event, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or accept returns. Once you have completed your purchase, the sale is considered final, and tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Exclusion of the 14-day withdrawal period Please note that the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, which typically applies to certain online purchases, does not apply in the case of event tickets. By purchasing tickets from us, you acknowledge and accept that this exclusion applies. Ticket resale option. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, preventing you from attending the event. In such cases, you have the option to resell your ticket to another interested individual. However, please note the following conditions: a. Resale at the purchase price: You may only resell your ticket at the price you originally paid. Any attempt to sell tickets at a higher price will be considered a violation of our terms and conditions. b. Confirmation of terms and conditions: Prior to completing the resale transaction, the buyer must contact us to confirm their acceptance of our terms and conditions. This ensures that they are aware of the policies and guidelines governing the ticket. Consumers and Entrepreneurs on the rights of Consumers have the right to make a complaint only if the time and place of the event are canceled or significantly changed. The complaint must be filed within 14 days from the date of posting information about the change in the terms of service on the organizer's website. Complaint may be submitted by a Consumer or Entrepreneur with the rights of a Consumer by email and sent to contact@turbolarp.space Right to refuse participation. We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual we suspect may disrupt or negatively impact the experience of other attendees. This includes situations where there is reasonable suspicion that the individual may engage in behavior that could potentially harm others' enjoyment of the event. We strive to provide a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all event attendees, and these policies are in place to ensure fairness and the smooth operation of our ticketing system.
